HEY THERE!
Are you looking for a summer activity that is engaging for your daughter AND teaches her valuable life skills?
I’m offering a fun, activities based SELF-ESTEEM GROUP for girls ages 8-11 years old who are ready to be empowered and learn what makes them special, how to cope with stress, and foster healthy friendships.

This group is one-of-a-kind here in Chico!
In this group, your daughter will have the opportunity to water the seeds of confidence and self-love you’ve already planted for her. I’m honored to support you in her growth!
Your daughter will learn everything through FUN: multi-media crafts, guided movement, games, creative journaling, empowering books, intentional music, and more!

WHO
This group is only for girls in the age range of 8 to 11 years old.

DATES
This group is offered 3 different dates on June 16, June 28, and July 23.

TIME
Each group is 3 hours - 9:30 - 12:30 pm. The group is drop off.

COST
Each day is $150. Payment is due at the time of registration.

GROUP SIZE
Space is limited to keep the group safe and small. Register asap!

LOCATION
The group is held at 2595 Ceanothus Ave. Ste 188 in North Chico.

SCHOLARSHIPS
I’m offering 3 scholarships of $75 each for 3 girls who need financial support.

A BREAK DOWN OF THE 3 HOUR GROUP:
HOUR ONE
Mindfulness
Participants will learn how to deep breathe and connect to their body, thoughts, and feelings.
Why Is This Important?
It teaches participants how to increase self-awareness, self-regulate when upset, and manage stress
Plus snack time!
HOUR TWO
Coping Skills
Participants will learn healthy coping skills like positive self talk, journaling, and how to cultivate inner confidence.
Why Is This Important?
It teaches participants how to connect to their feelings, manage strong emotions, and build self-acceptance
HOUR THREE
Friendship
Participants will learn how to create and keep healthy friendships through relationship-based boundaries.
Why Is This Important?
It teaches participants how to identify healthy and toxic interactions, strengthen relationships, and stand up for herself and her values
I am a psychotherapist specializing in women and girls with anxiety, but this group is not therapy. It’s “therapeutic” - meaning it’s designed to be emotionally safe, encouraging, and teaches healthy coping skills, but it’s not group therapy. It is educational, not process focused.
