I hope your daughter will join me in a fun, 4-week GIRLS-ONLY self-esteem group! I am so excited for this group and would be honored to have your child join me and the other girls as they learn to appreciate who they are and build confidence! As someone who was a shy and anxious child, I know first-hand how stressful life at this age can be and how challenging it can be to feel proud of who you are, make good friends, and navigate school and home life. My hope is that this group will be a stepping stone in teaching your child some valuable coping skills and help her see the beauty she possesses, just the way she is!
· Who is the group for? Girls ages 8 to 10
· How long is the group? 4 weeks (October 12, 19, 26th, & Nov. 2nd)
· What time is it? Saturdays 2:00-3:00 pm (Please be on-time)
· How much does it cost? $175 Total
Payment is due in full by the start of the group. All forms of payment are accepted (cash, check, debit/credit cards). Invoice will be emailed.
I am a CORE Butte and Inspire North vendor. If your daughter attends either, ask her PLT or HST to send a PO to me at sarah@sarahsanderslmft.com. CORE and Inspire North will pay me directly.
As the parent or guardian, you are welcome to stay and wait for your child; my office is small but there is a small foyer with limited seating or feel free to wait in your vehicle to return and pick them up at 3pm.
This is a closed group. This means that the girls that start the group will be the same ones at the end of the group. No group members will be added after the first week. This will help foster trust and openness, and help keep the group a safe place.
