Hey there, Mom & Dad!
Middle school is a season of major transitions. Between shifting friendship dynamics, social media pressures, and the intense desire to fit in, it is incredibly common for a girl's self-esteem and confidence to take a hit.
Thrive & Vibe is a fun, interactive, and therapeutic group designed specifically for girls entering 6th, 7th, and 8th grades. Rather than sitting in a circle just talking, we use hands-on activities and guided discussions to help girls build resilience and learn emotional regulation skills.
What We Cover:
Through engaging activities, creative projects, and guided discussions in a safe, welcoming environment, the group focuses on three core areas:
HOUR ONE
Real Talk & Boundaries:
Learn how to navigate middle school drama, set healthy boundaries, and spot toxic friendships.
Plus snack!
HOUR TWO
Own Your Story
Participate in fun, creative activities designed to silence your inner critic and boost your self-esteem.
HOUR THREE
Unfiltered Confidence
Challenge perfectionism and social media pressures while discovering your unique personal strengths.

Is Your Daughter Ready To Thrive & Vibe?
This isn't a lecture-style class. It is a dynamic, hands-on experience where girls learn through doing.
In this group, we use hands-on activities to connect and build relationships, learn new skills in a low-pressure setting, and build self-esteem and confidence.
The girls will build a personalized toolkit of healthy coping strategies to handle everyday stress, anxiety, and big emotions like a pro.
Space is intentionally limited to keep the group small and highly supportive.
Important Note: I am a psychotherapist specializing in women and girls with anxiety, but this group is not therapy. It’s “therapeutic” - meaning it’s designed to be emotionally safe, encouraging, and teaches healthy coping skills, but it’s not group therapy. It is educational, not process-focused. A client-therapist relationship is NOT established upon registration or participation in this group.
What Past Participant’s Parents Say About My Groups!
“My daughter was struggling with anxiety in school, and this therapist-led group was truly transformative for her. She gained coping skills and self-awareness, built confidence interacting with new peers, and developed a healthier, more positive self-image. I’m so grateful for the safe and supportive space this group provided - the girls group and Sarah have made such a difference in her life! - Julie J.
“My daughter participated in Sarah’s social group and had a great time! Sarah made the group a safe and fun place to gain new social skills and confidence.” ❤️ T. P.
